Are you tired of yo-yo dieting?

Many of us try to follow a restrictive diet that leaves us feeling hungry and unsatisfied.  So we "break" the diet and enter a cycle of "restrict, eat, repent, repeat."  We are either on a diet or off a diet, and we invest our energy in this yo-yo pattern.  Why not use the fuel we've consumed to live the vibrant life we crave?

Do you eat when you are not hungry?

Many people who struggle with food react mindlessly to our unrecognized or unexamined triggers, thoughts, and feelings. In other words, we re-act—repeating past actions again and again—feeling powerless to change. Mindfulness increases our awareness of these patterns without judgment and creates space between our triggers and our actions.

Would you like to EAT LIKE AN instinctive eater?

Instinctive eaters:

 - Eat to fuel their bodies.

-  Eat when they are hungry.

-  Stop eating when they are satisfied.

-  Eat what they love and love what they eat.

-  Eat with intention and attention.

-  Invest their energy in what they value.

Learn to eat fearlessly

Mindful Eating can help you learn to eat what you love without fear of losing control.  You can learn to be in charge of what you eat, to enjoy all foods and to focus on what really matters to you.  Mindful Eating isn't about "being good", it's about "feeling good".
