I wanted to create a space where people could taste/sample some of the delicious gifts, Mindful Eating has to offer, through my daily meditations. As a Mindful Eating Coach, I see firsthand the profound impact these tools have on people's lives, and wanted to share their benefits.
All meditations are intended to help you form sustainable healthy habits. This is a place to learn how mindfulness and eating mesh to form the practice known as Mindful Eating or Mind Body Eating. Unlike diets where certain foods are labeled “good” or “forbidden,” this practice doesn't judge you or the foods you choose. It revolves around personal growth and self-awareness. Based on ancient mindfulness techniques, gradually you become able to access your body wisdom and gain deeper self-understanding.
